What is the purpose of this survey?

    The purpose of this survey is to understand gambling in Oldham and impact on your local community. It will explore people's perceptions and identify how they can be supported to accessing help should they wish to.

    Is my participation anonymous?

    Yes, your responses are completely anonymous. We do not collect any personal identifying information and your answers will be treated with confidentiality.

    Who can participate in the survey?

    This survey is open to people who live in Oldham and are over the age of 18. Whether you have gambled or not, your opinion is valuable to understanding gambling in the community.

    What if I do not gamble, should I still complete the survey?

    Yes, we are looking for responses from anyone that is 18+ lives in Oldham and might not have gambled as well.

    What will happen to the data from the survey?

    The data will be kept securely by Oldham council and may be shared with Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) in reports. This project is funded by the GMCA.
