FAQs
Do I need to book a place or contact the youth service before I attend?
YOUNG PEOPLE
For the district youth clubs, the answer is no. If you are the 11-19 you can just come along and join in. You will be asked to complete a registration form so we have emergency contact details in case you fall ill or injure yourself while in the session.
For the youth voice sessions (Youth Council, Children in Care Council & Barrier Breakers), the answer is yes. This is so our staff can introduce themselves and maybe give you a tour of the building before you come along. It's also so we can make sure that the group you want to join is right for you.
ADULTS
The short answer is yes. We have to make sure we safeguard the young people who access our sessions. Adults will not be allowed into our sessions (even if you have an ID badge) without contacting our staff first.
