These two statements set out Oldham Council’s determination of the need for a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and a Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) for the Draft Beal Valley and Broadbent Moss Masterplan and Spatial Design Code Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).
Oldham Council have concluded, having regard to the outcome of the two assessments, and having consulted the relevant statutory consultees (Environment Agency, Historic England and Natural England), that a full SEA and a full HRA are not required for the Beal Valley and Broadbent Moss Masterplan and Spatial Design Code SPD.
